A small box on your property pages showing the stamp duty and yield an investor would face, with figures we look after. It is designed to give buyers the investor figures they ask about, and to give landlords who need tax help somewhere to go.

- Your branding first. Our name appears only as the source of the figures.
- Covers England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. We aim to review the figures after each Budget.
- Landlords who want help are referred to us for tax support, only with their consent. We quote our fee in writing before we start.
- We can also run talks for your landlord clients, subject to availability.

Paste this where you want the box to appear on a listing page, with the price and your rent estimate filled in by your website. We will host the widget on aptaxadvisors.com once the partnership is agreed.

How the partnership works
- We agree the look of the widget with you and give you the code.
- Your web team adds it to your listing template. When we update the figures on our site, the widget shows the new figures.
- When a landlord or investor asks for tax help, you refer them with their consent. With the client's consent, we confirm we have received the referral. If a referral fee is ever agreed, we tell the client in writing how much it is, what it is for and who receives it before we accept instructions.
- If you would like one, we can run a tax update for your lettings team, subject to availability.
